Introduction: Renal dysfunction often exists in patients with severe tricuspid regurgitation elevating
their surgical risk and requiring consideration of reduced CT contrast load based
on current guidelines. The purpose of this retrospective study was to assess the feasibility
of a low iodine load pre-procedural cardiac CT for tricuspid valve replacement (TTVR)
planning.
