Introduction: Pressure drop due to coronary stenosis depends on the kinetic energy (KE) of coronary
flow. The purpose of the present study was to investigate whether KE combined with
diameter stenosis (DS) has an incremental value over simulated fractional flow reserve
(sFFR) to diagnose functionally significant stenosis assessed by invasive FFR.
