432 Feasibility And Clinical Outcomes Of Integrating CT-derived Fractional Flow Reserve (FFRCT) Into Clinical Practice: Insights From A Large Academic Medical Center

      Introduction: After implementing CT-derived fractional flow reserve (FFRCT) into our high-volume clinical service, we conducted a retrospective observational cohort study to assess the feasibility of FFRCT in dual-source CT scans performed without prior beta-blocker, and its impact on clinical outcomes. These observations may be useful for other clinical services seeking to incorporate FFRCT into their practice.
