446 Ct Assessment Of Right Ventricular Ejection Fraction And Free Wall Strain In Patients With Severe Tricuspid Valve Regurgitation: Comparison With Echocardiography

Introduction: Assessment of right ventricular systolic function remains challenging due to the complex geometry of the right ventricle. Interventional tricuspid valve annuloplasty has emerged as a therapeutic option for symptomatic patients with severe tricuspid valve regurgitation deemed at high surgical risk. Right ventricular function is an important prognostic parameter. We performed a head to head comparison of right ventricular systolic function in CT and echocardiography.
