Introduction: Intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) is the gold-standard for invasive assessment of plaque
burden, which has strong prognostic value for patients with coronary artery disease.
The purpose of this study is to compare IVUS with AI-based plaque volume derived from
coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA; HeartFlow Inc, Mountain View, CA).
